All items on our site are free, exclusively for members. For a small monthly subscription, you can join the club and have access to tons of preloved items for nothing. Pay only for shipping. There are no hidden fees and no minimum contract, cancel anytime, or skip a month, the choice is yours.
Refunds / Can I return goods?
Due to the zero pricing nature of our site, refunds are not necessary, however, if you decide you no longer need or want your items you can return them so that others may use them. If an item is damaged, it can be exchanged.Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof of the defect or contact us using the contact form and send your item back to us. The postage cost of the original item will be covered by us.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non refundable.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
